Privacy at Panelly
Panelly uses account and project data to sign you in, save your work and run the creative requests you make. This page describes the current product and the choices available in your browser.
UpdatedYour account and projects
Supabase handles account authentication and stores Panelly project records. A project can include your brief, conversation, reference-image records, canvas layout, versions and generated-image records. Account sessions use cookies, and the browser also keeps local drafts and preferences. Clearing browser storage does not delete a saved cloud project.
Images and AI requests
When you send a creative or image-generation request, the necessary prompt, product details and selected reference images are sent to the configured AI service. The current integration uses Kie for generation and Cloudflare R2 for stored image assets. Only upload material you intend to use for that request. Service providers apply their own data-processing terms.
Public-site analytics
Public pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions such as opening Studio. Analytics is enabled by default on the production site. The analytics event payloads do not include your conversation text, product brief or reference images, and page-location data excludes query strings. Google may process device, browser and network information. You can turn analytics off for this browser below; this preference is separate from the cookies needed to sign in.
Payments and service providers
When a payment option is available, its checkout provider handles payment details. Panelly keeps order identifiers, payment status and credit records needed to apply the purchase to your account. Available checkout options are shown in Studio. Hosting and storage services also process the technical requests needed to serve the product.
Saved data and browser choices
Saved projects and assets remain available for your work history. Removing a canvas item is not a promise that every related database record, file or backup has been erased. Sign out to end your current session, and use your browser settings to clear local data. The service does not currently provide a complete self-service account-erasure flow.
