Using Panelly
Panelly is a tool for creating and refining static product-ad images. These terms explain how to use the service and what to check before using a generated result.
UpdatedYour account
Keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes private. Use only accounts and projects you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to bypass account protection, access another user’s work or interfere with the service.
Your creative material
You are responsible for the product information, claims, images and other material you submit. Use material you have permission to use. Submitting a request instructs Panelly to process that material through the service providers needed to deliver the requested feature.
Generated ads
You decide whether and where to publish an output. Check the final product depiction, wording and suitability for your intended placement. Generated results do not guarantee advertising performance, exclusivity or rights clearance. Titles and calls to action may be generated as part of the complete image. A separate manual approval step is not required to download it.
Credits and payments
The available packs, price, payment currency and generation cost are shown in Studio and at checkout. Check those details before confirming a purchase. Keep the order reference if a payment or credit balance needs investigation. Use the payment-support route shown with your order or checkout provider. This page does not promise a universal refund period or override applicable consumer rights.
Availability and changes
Generation depends on external services and may take time or fail. Features and available payment options can change. Save a copy of work you need to keep. This page is updated when the described service terms change; the displayed revision date is not refreshed on every visit.
