HUMAN REVIEW GATE

How to human-review and approve AI ad creatives

People intervene after one complete four-panel image is created. Quick review confirms product and brand recognition, story order, claim accuracy, and no obvious defect. Deeper review checks brand, character, product, text, claims, channel, and artifacts at four positions inside that same image. The positions are not separate assets or interactive regions, and approval always targets the whole image.

HUMAN REVIEW GATE

A four-step human gate from generated draft to delivery decision

This gate begins with an existing static four-panel draft. It does not repeat how to write the brief or decide between a new composition and existing video frames.
  1. 01

    Open the current generated draft

Human review begins with the current static four-panel result; creation alone does not mean the content passed review or is ready for delivery.

  2. 02

    Complete the applicable review layer

Use four whole-composite confirmations in the quick flow or seven categories at all four positions in the complete image, leaving the whole image unapproved while any issue remains.

  3. 03

    Approve the whole image explicitly

Explicitly approve the complete image only after its four whole-composite confirmations or four-position seven-category QA is complete and no unresolved severe issue remains.

  4. 04

    Assess delivery readiness separately

After approval, confirm the required inputs and static delivery conditions remain complete; this state is not platform acceptance and performs no publication.

HUMAN REVIEW GATE

Four whole-composite confirmations before quick approval

The currently reachable quick flow approves one complete four-panel composite. Explicit approval requires all four confirmations below.
01

Product and brand are recognizable

Confirm the product and brand are clearly recognizable across the composite, with no obvious error in important appearance.

02

The four-beat story is readable

Read top-left to bottom-right and confirm the four-panel sequence and basic story progression are understandable.

03

The claim stays within the approved selling point

Confirm visible text and visual promises do not exceed the verbatim approved selling point. Detailed cross-panel wording consistency belongs to the future dedicated guide.

04

No obvious visual defect remains

Confirm the whole composite has no obvious anatomy, garbled-text, duplicate-element, crop, or composition defect.

HUMAN REVIEW GATE

Seven QA categories at four positions in the complete image

Position-level QA applies the repository's fixed seven categories at four positions inside one complete image; those positions are not separate assets, selectable regions, or editing canvases. Claim-source review occurs at this gate; detailed cross-position approved-claim wording consistency belongs to the dedicated guide.
01

Brand and asset isolation

Check the brand name, logo, and brand elements at all four image positions, with no unrelated asset mixed into the complete image.

02

Character continuity

Check identity and appearance at all four image positions for continuity, visible drift, or unintended changes.

03

Product structure and color

Check product structure, color, packaging, and important appearance at all four image positions against supplied material.

04

Text and CTA

Check visible text, spelling, and action copy at all four image positions for clarity, completeness, and unintended changes.

05

Claim source

Check claims at all four image positions against the supplied source and approved boundary; detailed cross-position wording consistency remains with the dedicated guide.

06

Channel specification

Check the complete image's target static aspect ratio and crop plus visible content at all four positions; current channel requirements still need human review before real publication.

07

Obvious generation or production artifacts

Check all four image positions for anatomy, garbled text, duplicate elements, cropping, and other obvious generation or composition defects.

HUMAN REVIEW GATE

What explicit approval means

Explicit approval means the applicable four whole-composite confirmations or four-position seven-category QA is complete for the current image, with no unresolved severe issue; approval always targets the whole image.

Approval does not mean product facts, material rights, legal requirements, or platform rules were verified by the system. It also does not mean the creative was exported, uploaded, published, or placed as an ad.

HUMAN REVIEW GATE

Delivery readiness is a separate boundary after approval

A draft reaches the relevant static master or static-package readiness state only while its approval, required inputs, valid generated asset, and target static delivery conditions remain complete.

  • A relevant input or four-panel content change requires repeating the applicable four whole-composite confirmations or four-position seven-category QA, followed by explicit whole-image approval again.
  • A video storyboard can reach static-master readiness only; it is not finished video with duration, transitions, sound, or encoding.
  • Static-package readiness is still not platform acceptance, actual publication, ad placement, or proof of an outcome.
